WHAT: A presentation by Fire Chief Jeff Meston from the Novato Fire Department outlining the circumstances leading to the line of duty death of Fire Engineer Steve Rucker. The program will include a discussion about the post incident effects on personnel and the agencies ability to cope. Do not miss this important and informational presentation.
